Luis Xavier Rojas
General Manager | Los Caminos
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Luis has spent his life immersed in the rich restaurant culture of Texas. His journey in the restaurant industry began in 1986 at Bennigan’s in Arlington, and over the years, had the pleasure of working alongside talented hoteliers and restaurateurs like Patrick Colombo at iconic spots such as Sfuzzi and Mustang Café. In 2002, Luis rejoined Patrick at Restaurant Works, where he played a key role in developing the CRU Food & Wine Bar concept, eventually becoming the Director of Operations and Training. Outside of work, his joy comes from spending time his wife Lina, and two daughters, Cara and Chloe.

Chef Camilo is a seasoned kitchen professional originally from Veracruz, Mexico, with over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. He moved to the United States in 2002, where he began his career as a dishwasher, gradually working his way up through various roles. Starting in Michigan, he had the opportunity to work alongside top tiered chefs and culinary teams, gaining valuable experience and recognition in the local culinary scene. Later, he moved to Texas, where he continued his culinary journey, working at several prestigious restaurants and honing his skills in both Mexican and international cuisine.

Suburban Life Hospitality Group was founded in 2021 by Jeffrey Denmon and Bryan Hantes as a collective approach to creating exciting and inspiring hospitality brands and experiences and bringing the bustling urban dining scene to the suburbs. With a combined 50 years of in-depth experience running restaurants globally, Suburban Life Hospitality Group is able to locate underserved areas of the marketplace and bring forth a memorable and immersive dining experience to the most desired suburbs of Dallas/Fort Worth.
A concept by
